To sharpen our targeting and scale content creation, I developed six detailed buyer personas for Hubbell Heaters. Using historical lead data and AI-driven analysis, I created actionable customer segments. These personas provided the foundation for a refined brand voice and gave the team a scalable framework for content personalization through HubSpot’s AI tools.
